Weight No Longer is a powerful group hypnosis workshop designed to help you release the weight you’ve been holding onto — both physically and emotionally — and create a healthier, more supportive relationship with yourself and food.

This immersive experience combines education, reflection, practical tools, and guided hypnosis to help you work with your mind rather than against it.

A Supportive and Insightful Experience

Our time together begins in a relaxed and welcoming environment with a light morning tea and introductions. This allows everyone to settle in, connect, and gain a clear understanding of what to expect during the session.

From there, we move into an engaging workshop that explores the deeper layers of weight and behaviour change. You’ll gain insight into the ways your subconscious mind influences eating habits, cravings, emotional eating patterns, and motivation.

Rather than focusing on restriction, this workshop focuses on awareness, alignment, and sustainable change.

Understanding Your Relationship with Food

Many of our habits around food are shaped by years of conditioning, emotional responses, and unconscious beliefs. During the workshop portion of the session, we will explore:

  • How the subconscious mind drives habits and behaviours

  • Why traditional dieting approaches often fail

  • The emotional and psychological aspects of eating

  • How stress and nervous system patterns affect weight and cravings

  • Practical strategies to support sustainable weight loss

Through guided discussion and simple activities, you’ll begin to uncover the hidden patterns that may have been holding you back.

The Power of Hypnosis

Once the workshop portion is complete, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing group hypnosis session. Hypnosis works directly with the subconscious mind — the part of the mind responsible for habits, behaviours, and long-standing patterns.

During this session, you will be guided to:

  • Release barriers to losing weight

  • Improve your relationship with yourself and food

  • Strengthen motivation and self-belief

  • Reduce emotional triggers around eating

  • Support your body in letting go of excess weight

Experience The Light Room (TLS)

A unique part of this experience takes place in The Light Room (TLS) at The Good Energy Room.

TLS supports relaxation, nervous system balance, and mind-body alignment through its unique energy environment. Spending time in the space helps the body settle into a calmer state, which can enhance clarity, receptivity, and overall wellbeing.

Entering hypnosis from a regulated nervous system allows the mind and body to work together more effectively in supporting positive change.
