About me

Hi, I’m Gayle — the heart, mind, and soul behind Time to Thrive.

For the past 18 years, I’ve devoted my life to understanding the extraordinary connection between the mind, body, and energy system. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Tapping Specialist, Mindfulness & Mindset Coach, and Precision Health (ph360) practitioner, I’ve helped countless people break free from pain, suffering, unwanted habits, and anxiety so they can step into a life that feels aligned, empowered, and expansive.

But my passion for this work runs much deeper than a list of modalities.
It’s woven into who I am.

A Bridge Between Ancient Wisdom & Modern Science

I’m endlessly fascinated by the human experience — the patterns we live in, the stories we carry, and the ways our biology, energy, and subconscious shape how we show up in the world.

I study neuroplasticity, psychotechnology, epigenetics, and the frequency of all things, while also drawing on ancient healing traditions, mindfulness practices, and the wisdom of nature. My work sits beautifully at the intersection of the two:

ancient wisdom + modern science = rapid, embodied, sustainable change.

This fusion allows me to help you change your state of being, which naturally shifts your thoughts, emotional patterns, and the way you experience life.

Always becoming

I am a lifelong learner with a deep love for nature, plants, medicinal trees, and the incredible healing intelligence of the earth. My curiosity drives me to continually expand — not only for my own evolution, but so I can bring you the most grounded, innovative, and effective tools for your transformation.

Everything I learn, I learn so I can give you my best.

My Journey: From Surviving to Thriving

Much of my devotion to healing comes from my own lived experience.
I have navigated—and overcome—CFS, chronic back pain, anxiety, and many of life’s challenges that asked me to grow, shed, reinvent, and rise.

I’ve learned what it’s like to feel stuck, scared, exhausted, or disconnected.
And I’ve learned what it takes to transform that into empowerment, lightness, expansion, and gratitude.

I am obsessed with what’s possible when we step outside our comfort zone and meet the version of ourselves waiting on the other side.
